Tracking & shipping FAQs
Check your spam or promotions folder first. Tracking emails are sent automatically when your parcel leaves our warehouse (usually within 1–2 business days). If it has been longer than 2 business days, contact us at support@umitecbeauty.com with your order number and we will look it up manually.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery to the US, GB, FR and DE is free and typically takes 5–12 business days depending on destination and customs.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can usually update the address. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. Once a parcel is with the carrier, address changes are no longer possible.
Any import duties or taxes levied by your local customs authority are the responsibility of the recipient. These are not included in the order total and are not collected by us.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or the tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 14 days at support@umitecbeauty.com and we will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
