I’ve wanted to try a light therapy mask for some time, so was excited to give this a go, and so far I’ve been really impressed.I had been expecting a rigid plastic face mask, but this is actually a rubber-like mask that wraps around your face using the 3 straps provided. This makes it comfy to wear and move around in when on. It also comes with rubber eye slots that you put in, which block the light from your eyes but also make it comfy against your face.My only issue with the shape is that the lip hole is too low for me, but it doesn’t make much difference really.To use it, you just plug the chargeable power pack into it and change the mode to the light you want, the strength to the level you want, and you can even change which area lights up.It does state that it has strong enough lights that it will penetrate the skin (unlike some masks) but it takes 4 weeks to really see any difference, and so far I’m not sure if I can.As far as unbranded masks go though, this does seem to be one of the good ones, and I’ve gotten on really well with it so far. If someone was looking for a place to start with light therapy, I would recommend it.

Now I know this might come off a bit weird to call this at £200 cheap, but I mean so in how much this was when ordering. Due to having a more expensive one. This also looks cheaper in comparison, because you basically wrap this around your face, which is okay if you’re not looking to spend the extra or want something with more structure or a hardshell. The silicone material, while soft also means the LEDs may not be at the same distance from your skin depending on your face structure and how tight you strap the unit on. What I do like is the option to pick your eye holes, and keep much of the illumination/light spill my other mask can be prone to, away from the eyes. For a more comfortable experience, or keep the bright LEDs from your eyes. For me, because I’m using the other version more at the moment, I’ll probably have to stop that to give this some months to properly have the consistency to see what it can do too. So this is being written with that caveat, that it’s mostly an affordable option, if the more expensive versions are not that appealing. I was thinking when I ordered this to use it for light therapy for my muscles after those tougher workouts, but I need to do some research if this could be useful there also, then I could use this for muscle recovery (maybe helping with ATP regeneration) and then continue to use my other LED mask which cannot be wrapped around muscles etc. I like that you can detach the remote (controller) from the LED mask part on this too. Comes really nicely packaged (white sealed box), protected in a brown box. Remember to, when starting Red light therapy, to keep the sessions short, skin clean before and moisture after (maybe before too?), be consistent and don’t stack multiple colours in one day; this maximises benefit and minimises possible irritation/sensitivity. Enjoy those 10 k on or so minutes of me time.

I had been dying to try one of these red light therapy masks for ages so when I was offered this thru the Amazon vine programme I jumped at the chance. I have only been using for 3 weeks or so now, after use my skin does feel extremely soft and rejuvenated, I have not really noticed any pore shrinkage or line reduction although can say 100% yet as I think there is some improvement but recommended use for visible results is 8-12 weeks. I will continue using and await improvements, I’m hopeful. The mask and equipment is very well made, the mask itself fits well and comfortable, the straps were a bit fiddle to work out order and which way round the Velcro disk sit to secure it, good size options with the eye shields. So easy to pop on in front of the tv and chill, the timer and settings very helpful. All in all very well thought out, high end product and excellent packaging and beautiful satin storage of travelling bag. Price wise for this kind of product is about right I am very pleased so far

I have used an LED face mask before however it was a basic one whereas this is much more advanced. Inside the box is the face mask, three sizes of eye pads, adjustable straps, remote control, USB cable, bag and user guide. Everything is presented very nicely in a smart box.The first thing to say is that the mask is really nice. The one that I had used previously was a solid shape and material but this is a silicone one so it can bend and mould to the shape of your face. On the inside are the LED lights and there is a cable already attached that you connect to the remote control when in use.During my testing of the mask, I tried the three different eye pad sizes to find the one that felt best, cycled through the various light modes and also looked at the zone-specific targeting modes. I did primarily want to use the red-light therapy as this is an area of that I feel that I would like to improve. Cycling through the various light modes as well as the different targeted areas everything functioned really well and was simple to use.Whilst wearing the mask I found it to be light and comfortable, the remote control is really handy. This mask is a different level to the one that I had previously used and I am really enjoying it. Overall, it is well designed, works great and is a joy to use.

This Umitec LED therapy face mask comes securely boxed with separate sections protecting the mask and its controller. Also included are 3 sets of eye pads S/M/L, a three part adjustable head strap, a storage bag, an instruction booklet and a quick start leaflet. A USB-C cord is also included for charging the controller, and the mask has a permanently attached USB-A cord for plugging into the controller. I compared the light intensities with the minimum recommended intensities and they are all up to minimum requirements.When I'm unboxing electrical items like this I start with checking I have all of the pieces that should be in the box and then I read the instructions. I guessed the first thing I should do was to charge the controller. However, I've read this booklet and the quick start card several times and charging the controller isn't mentioned anywhere. You take the USB-C cord and separately charge the controller before you try to use the mask. When you plug it in you can see the battery icon is charging and it stops charging at battery full. Then you unplug that charging cable before plugging in the mask.I cleansed my face before I started treatment then selected the M eye protectors and attached the 3 parts of the head strap to fit me by adjusting the velcro straps. It took a few minutes to make it comfortable around the eyes, nose and mouth. Matching up the eyes and mouth was a slight compromise. However the nose part is still a bit uncomfortable and makes a red mark on the bridge of my nose when I use it. The controls are easy to follow. Long press for on , choose the mode you want and the intensity between 1 and 3. The timer automatically sets for 10 minutes and switches the mask off when it has counted down. I started with red light then switched it to NIR halfway through. I liked the 3 level intensity setting as it was more simple than on another mask I used, and found it easy to switch between modes. I also like the fact that this mask can precisely target specific areas so there is a choice from always treating the whole face. If I get a small breakout of spots on my chin I can just treat that area with blue light.My redder patches were reduced after treatment and my face was an even colour all over. It also looked plumper after treatment. I'm going to continue weekly and hope that my lines and wrinkles might also reduce.I'm happy to recommend this LED mask and think that the £199.99 price is reasonable value for money for a mask with these features.

Easy to use and feels really relaxing. The different light settings are a nice touch, and my skin looks brighter and clearer with regular use. Comfortable to wear and good quality overall.

This is such a good mask i've been using it now for 5 weeks and the results i've seen are on par with what it shows, i have been using it 3 times a week on the mix of everything setting and i've seen my skin get brighter and my blemishes have also reduced, i have been using a moisturiser after every time and i haven't had any problems. i really enjoy this product i find the sensation very nice when it's on my face it has a nice warm feeling but doesnt burn, would recommend

I bought this as a birthday gift for my sister, she loves it. It took 2 minutes to set up the strap etc. for first use and it is very comfortable to use. It has a wide variety of modes to target different skin conditions. I love that it has the complete mode for all different lights in one. It holds charge very well and charges very quickly.

The charge lasts a very long time and we've been using it every other day and have seen great results.

It comes with a carry bag also, so that was very thoughtful.

The Umitec LED face mask seems comparable to some of the best on the market - at a much more reasonable price point. I like that there are various different modes, plus a cycle that encompasses all of the treatment options. It comes boxed, with a handy storage bag, charging cable and 3 different-sized eye attachments. The instructions are fairly comprehensive too. I think it's great! Within a few days, I felt my pores were less visible, and my complexion generally smoother and more even in tone. Each cycle only takes ten minutes, so it's a lovely routine to do daily and get some down time. You can wear it and walk around provided you carry the doofer, or stick it in a pocket. The straps are robust, well-fitting and adjustable. My only observation is that the mask doesn't fit as snugly around the bottom of the face (chin and jaw area) as it does at the top. Other than that, I'm very pleased with it and would recommend.

I had heard so much about this product and after lots of research I ordered this.The packaging was so nice and impressive but what’s more impressive is the result. I am seeing difference after two sessions, and am confident it will be more effective after every session.It has 4 different lights with different functions and the booklet inside explains everything, so if you have done your research it would be easier to understand the booklet and how the lights and mask works.I also did a 2-3 mins test before a full session to be careful.Its light weight as I travel a lot i wont have to worry about fitting it in my bag.I am happy with the purchase overall 9/10 recommended!!

I'd read a lot about these types of red light etc masks and had seen a lot of very positive consumer and professional reviews from critics in beauty magazines etc so was really keen to try this. I waited until I'd used it for six weeks to give it a really fair review and have to say am surprised at the very noticeable results already - is crazy what a difference it has made just after 6 weeks!

I'm lucky to be able to have the time to use it very regularly and consistently and am glad I stuck to the maximum recommended use as it's really paid off. The fit is very comfortable for me and doesn't feel too heavy or awkward like I thought it would feel so setting a strict schedule of use was easy and comfortable for me.

It's also actually very easy to use and navigate even if you are not very confident with gadgets etc. The Red light and NlR light have worked fantastically for me and I'm really looking forward to seeing further improvements in my skin tone and tightness as the months progress and have to say if this is in your price range you should absolutely go for it - you will look and feel so much better! For the effects I think it's great value so would definitely recommend as I love it and very happy to have come across it.

This LED mask shows promise, but its long-term effects are still to be confirmed. I don't think it's possible to judge its impact positive or negative after just a few days or even a few weeks of use. So far, there have been no negative effects such as redness, itching, or anything else, which is a good start. It,s supposed to rejuvenate the skin, treat acne, and restore brightness and radiance to the face, time will tell.

As for usage, it's easy to handle: attach the straps, recharge if needed, place it on your face, and choose from the light therapy modes,red for skin rejuvenation, blue for blemishes, yellow for full care, etc. No need to install an app on your smartphone, which is a relief for a tech device.

The timer is automatically set for 10 minutes, which is the recommended daily duration. Indeed, exceeding 10 minutes per day is unnecessary.

This LED face mask is so comfortable. The material is flexible and its pretty light too. I use this 4 times a week with the 10 minute timer and my skin has been looking a lot brighter. It has a nice case to put your mask away which is really helpful. Its also easy to clean with a baby wipe. I believe the science behind this and will continue using this to benefit my skin.
